Okay! let's put down all the technical terms and frightening factors aside and focus on simplicity and normalcy in taking care of our mental health.
when something you wished for lovingly or something that you planned to perfectionism yet failed to get what you wanted that's when your heart and brain starts playing oxymoron, your brain rejects all the ideas the heart put forth and your heart never seeks your brains advice in the first place it keeps on sticking to the one that it considers lovingly. It takes calm and subtle routine/habits to get your heart and brain back on track.

If you are feeling helpless and find yourself drowning in the vast ocean stumbling your way back to the land gasping for oxygen feeling no one is there for you to show love, on the verge of feeling that everything is falling out of your hand and stressing out because you couldn't do anything about it! Hey! you... You are not the only one facing all these there are millions of people who are undergoing the same phase as you do or sometimes even worse than you. They simply kick off the things that make them sobber and focus on the solution.
Let me give an example: Have you ever played with Rubix's cube?
You would have solved it correctly or either you would have thrown that away after several tries unable to solve. And remember one thing, throughout the process, you kept on finding solutions to solve the puzzle you even retreated your moves to solve the puzzle.
This is how you have to look at the obstacle and deal with them. You are capable of doing anything it just takes only your heart and mind to keep on reminding you what you actually want and what you are truly intended for.

There are a few apps that help in following a healthy routine of practicing meditation, offering audio visualization and sleep casts.
The Headspace app teaches you how to breathe, meditate, and live mindfully. It's even been proven to improve focus. There are 10 meditations for free anything more than that needs a subscription and note that with that subscription you get full access to the entire library.

The calm app is another service like headspace which not only focuses on meditation but covers a range of mindfulness and well-being. This app offers sleep stories recited by celebrities noted for their pleasing voices and these sleep stories are updated weekly so you always find something new to listen to. There is a limited free version of the Calm app and a free 7-day trial of the premium version.
