"Prioritize" this word can be found in almost all the articles whose title reads "Time management". I totally agree that prioritizing your work/tasks will minimize the chaos and I always believe a well structured and good planning will eventually SAVE lots of time. But the tedious thing is to know

These two questions are really tricky, don't panic it needs only a little bit of common sense to find out which one to prioritize first. In the long run, you will get used to this process and it becomes easy peasy for you to tackle.
My only tip is don't dwell on perfectionism and never ever put yourself in the verge to complete all the works single-handed if you do so you will only get pressurized. Dived your work into a number of chunks and start working in this way you can finish your work faster and a sense of satisfaction will boost your spirits to accomplish the rest of the work.

writing down things that you want to do in your day to life really helps a lot, even if you forget or not in the mood, the to-do-list will pique your interest and pushes you towards your target. what you should avoid is 'stop installing unwanted apps for reminding you of the same set of work again and again in a loop'. Follow a simple handwritten list, a handwritten list feels more real than the n number of apps that you install on your mobile.
And whenever you finish something that you planned just put a tick mark beside that in your list and pat yourself or treat yourself with some gifts(gifts, it may be watching a video, having a cupcake or hot chocolate it can be anything. Whenever you finish a task from your to-do-list take a break and treat yourself with some good because self-care is more important.
My tip would be please don't flood your to-do-list with plenty of tasks and don't include things that are already part of your daily routine take your time and narrow it down to a maximum of 5 tasks

This part is more challenging if you are smart enough to understand the reality and learn to know the difference between what's worth and what's not worth then it's a piece of cake in "Time Management".I am dead sure we all can't survive without our fancy gadgets, internet, and a lot more things but my question is DO THEY ACTUALLY NEED THAT MUCH ATTENTION?? we often tend to celebrate technology as a boon of our existence but if it's not utilized in a proper way it can turn into bane of our existence as well.

Yes, watch your favorite person!!! this is the icing on the cake a great asset to boost your strength.watch your favorite influencers videos(it can either be a TED talk or a youtube video, podcast, or an Instagram story it can be anything) they are fantastic and inspire you to keep you on track. Personally, for me, I watch my favorite person whenever I feel down and less motivated and trust me they have never failed me they always inspire me to do something great in my life and find my life purpose. These inspiring videos make me feel good and develop a positive thought within me that I can make the most of the time that's bestowed to me.
A trick to start managing your time efficiently is to wake up early you may say it's not a trick it's a healthy routine! but how many of you follow this routine?? To be real getting up early offers you more time than the days you drool and sleep like a log for hours. Out of all the tips, this is the one you should start practicing first.
